HI-TEMP RTV silicone gasket is a universal sealing material for almost vehicles and specially suitable for European vehicles with advance engine. With an intermittent temperature range of -65°F to 650°F (-53°C to 343°C), they are suitable for water pump and thermostat housings, valve covers, oil pans, exhaust manifolds, intake manifolds, and timing covers, and provide excellent heat control and torque retention.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Clean and dry surfaces and thoroughly remove all dirt and grease with a residue-free solvent.

2. Remove cap, puncture internal seals and screw on nozzle cut to desired size.

3. Apply beads evenly around or on one surface.

4. Typically, the material crusts within 15 minutes. Allow the silicone to crust before assembling the part.

5.The sealant is fully cured within 24 hours. Remove excess silicone with a knife.

6. If the sealant cures in the nozzle, remove the cured plug with a pin or paper clip.

NOTE:

1. Flexible and stable over all temperature ranges from -65°F to 650°F (-53°C to 343°C).

2. Continuous immersion in gasoline is not recommended.

3. Use instant gaskets only when replacing cylinder head gaskets with predetermined tolerances.

CAUTION:

1. Contact with uncured sealant can cause irritation and contact with eyes and skin should be avoided. In case of contact, flush eyes with water, wipe skin off with a dry cloth and call a physician immediately.

2. Use with adequate ventilation.

3. If unused, seal with cap. Keep out of reach of children.
